Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mails from one e-mail account to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the email account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest.
